The Legal Notice herein  governs the use of the information society services which OPT.A provides to lnternet users by means of the Website. The access and use of the Website by the user (hereinafter, the "User") implies the full acceptance of and duty to comply thereby with the terms and conditions herein. The Legal Notice herein may be subject to modification.



Access to the Website is free of charge, other than with regard to the cost of connection by means of the telecommunications network supplied by the Internet service provider contracted by the User. The User undertakes not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes and undertakes not to act in any way that may damage the image, interests or rights of OPT.A or third parties. The User likewise undertakes not to perform any act whatsoever for the purpose of damaging, disabling or overloading the Website, or which impedes, by whatever manner, the normal use and working thereof.

The User is informed that, in the event of failure to comply with the contents of the Legal Notice herein, with the Privacy Policy or with any other specific terms or conditions pertaining to the Website, OPT.A reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate access to the Website, taking whatever technical measures are considered necessary to that end. The intellectual property rights over the arrangement of the contents of the Website, the graphic design thereof (look & feel), the underlying computer programs (including source code) and the various elements comprising the Website (text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio recordings, etc.), hereinafter, the "Content", correspond to OPT.A or the licensors thereof. Distinctive signs included in the Website (trademarks and commercial names) are the property of OPT.A or the licensors thereof.

The use of the Website on the part of the User does not imply the assignment of any intellectual and/or industrial rights whatsoever regarding the Website, the Content and/or the distinctive signs of OPT.A. To this end and by means of the Legal Notice herein, except where lawful to do so or following the prior consent of OPT.A, the reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public communication, public disclosure, extraction and/or reuse of the Website, the Content thereof and/or the distinctive signs of OPT.A on the part  of the User is expressly prohibited.



The establishment of links to the Website is prohibited unless previously authorised by OPT.A. In any event, any link authorised by OPT.A must comply with the following terms:

The Linking Website must comply faithfully with the law and under no circumstance house content, whether proprietary or of third parties, which: (i) is illicit, harmful or contrary to morality or good conduct (pornography, violence, racism, etc.); (ii) actually or potentially creates the false impression in the User that OPT.A subscribes to, endorses, adheres to or in any way supports the ideas, manifestations or expressions, allowed or illicit, of the sender; and (iii) is inappropriate or irrelevant to the activity of OPT.A.

In the event of failure to comply with any of the foregoing stipulations, OPT.A shall immediately remove the link without prior notification. Pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned legislation, OPT.A shall not be liable for the services and content provided by means of the Linked Sites, other than where, being in possession of reliable knowledge as regards the illicit nature thereof, the link is not disabled with due diligence.

Under no circumstance shall the existence of Linked Sites entail the recommendation, promotion, identification or conformity of OPT.A with the declarations, contents or services provided by means of the Linked Sites. In the event that the user considers that content exists on the Linked Sites which is illicit, harmful, denigrating, violent or inappropriate, this may be brought to the attention of OPT.A by means of the following e-mail address: Nevertheless, the aforementioned communication shall under no circumstances oblige OPT.A with the duty to remove the corresponding link nor necessarily imply the effective knowledge of OPT.A of the illicit nature of the Linked Site for the purposes of the provisions of the legislation in force. In the event that the User or any other Internet user is aware that any type of information or content of the Website or provided by means thereof is illicit, detrimental to the rights of third parties, contrary to the stipulations of the Legal Notice herein or otherwise contrary to ethics, generally accepted good conduct or established public order, an approach may be made to OPT.A indicating the following details: Personal details of the informant: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; description of the facts that reveal the illicit or inappropriate nature of the content or information in addition to the specific address at which this is available; in the event of the infringement of the rights of third parties, such as industrial and intellectual property, the details of the holder of the infringed rights must be provided where the holder is a person other than the informant. The informant must also submit the deed accrediting ownership of the rights infringed and, where applicable, the capacity to act on behalf of the holder where the holder is a person other than the informant. The reception of the notification stipulated in this clause on the part of OPT.A does not in any way whatsoever, according to the provisions of the LSSI, imply any real knowledge of the activities and/or  contents indicated by the informant where these are neither notorious nor evident. In any event, OPT.A reserves the right to suspend or remove the contents which, though not unlawful, prove to be in contravention of the stipulations of the Legal Notice herein, balancing the legal interests at stake in each case.



The User must be aware that communications via open networks are exposed to a variety of threats rendering these insecure. It is the responsibility of the User to adopt appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these threats and, among these, possess updated systems for the detection of malicious software, such as viruses, trojans, etc., and update the security patches for corresponding browsers. Further information may be obtained from your Internet Service Provider, who may be able to provide solutions appropriate to your needs. OPT.A shall not be liable for loss or damage caused to the User as a consequence of the risks inherent to the means employed, nor for those brought about by vulnerabilities in the systems and tools thereof. Likewise, OPT.A does not guarantee the total security of the systems thereof even though appropriate security measures have been adopted. The existence of vulnerabilities may not be dismissed entirely and, in consequence, the User must be cautious when interacting with the Website. OPT.A shall be liable for damage caused by the Website solely where this is directly caused by the wilful act or omission or gross negligence of OPT.A and in the absence of negligence on the part of the User.

In particular, OPT.A shall not be liable for:

Loss or damage of whatever nature caused to the IT equipment of the User due to viruses, worms, trojans or any other harmful item.

Loss or damage of whatever nature caused to the User resulting from failure or disconnection of the telecommunications network leading to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Website during the provision thereof.



As indicated above, aspects relating to the handling of the personal data of Users are regulated by the Privacy Policy and the legal texts attached to the various forms for the collection of data included wit hin the Website.

Pursuant to Article 3 of the LSSI, laws applicable to the information society services which OPT.A provides by means of the Website shall be those of the Kingdom of Spain. In the event that any of the provisions of the Legal Notice herein are declared invalid, action shall be taken to achieve the withdrawal or substitution thereof. In any event, the said declaration of invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Legal Notice herein.
